In conjunction with the Diamond Jubilee Wedding Anniversary of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam, Brunei Darussalam Central Bank, BDCB will issue four types of commemorative products comprising gold, silver and cupronickel coins. The matter was stated by the Executive Director of Currency Management at BDCB during the press conference at the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank, 22nd January afternoon.

Pengiran Maslina binti Pengiran Haji Mahmud said the design symbolises the strong ties of love and harmony throughout the six decades of the Royal Marriage. The back of the commemorative gold foil portrays the personal emblems of His Majesty and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri, as a symbol of sovereignty and strength of the Royal institution loved by the people.

The commemorative products will be available for purchase at the BDCB booth during the 32nd Consumer Fair & Trade Expo from 28th January 2026 until 1st February 2026 at the International Convention Centre and at the BDCB Gift Shop, Ministry of Finance and Economy Complex, Commonwealth Drive on 2nd February.
